Ralph Sanese, President

Ralph has been in the food service industry all of his life. He began his career as a child with his father and founder of Sanese Services, Ralph Sanese, Sr. He was officially hired by the company in August 1969. Ralph worked his way up the ranks in all of the Sanese Services businesses and served in a number of key positions including Vice President of Operations. He was appointed to President in 1991. He obtained a business degree from Franklin University in 1975. Ralph is currently serving on the following boards:

Jeff Sanese, Director Aroma Dolce

Jeff Sanese began in the summer of 1976 as dishwasher, grounds maintenance and other related duties for Sanese Services. In 1983, he became Operations Supervisor of Catering by Design. In 1989, he became director or Aroma Dolce Coffee Services. After 5 years in Aroma Dolce, Jeff became a Regional Dining Director. In 1999, Jeff went back as Director of Aroma Dolce Coffee Services.

Victoria Steck, Vice President

Victoria Steck joined Sanese Services in 1989 as the Director of Culinary Services, then went on to become Vice President Operations in January 2010. She graduated Magna cum Laude from Franklin University with a degree in Organizational Leadership, specializing in Leadership Strategy and Philosophy, Organizational Behavior, International Business, Marketing and Sales. Victoria is a member of the Franklin University undergraduate mentoring program, Children’s Hunger Alliance,
Vistage, and The Wellness Community

Montgomery Studebaker, Controller

Montgomery has a BSBA from The Ohio State University and an Operations Finance and Accounting background with specialization in manufacturing and distributions. He has over 30 years experience involving several corporations in all phases of corporate structure from direct customer service to strategic executive development. Montgomery joined Sanese services in 2009 and is responsible for strategic planning, risk management, multiunit, management, total P&L responsibility, operations, production, collections, contract and vendor management.

Kris Painter,
Executive Director of Culinary Services

Kris joined Sanese Services in 2001 as a Dining Manager, has been involved in loss prevention and served as a regional field trainer. She was a Regional Dining Manager for five years. In January 2010, Kris was promoted to Director Culinary Services

Mike Bone, Director Vending

Mike started with Sanese Services in 1988 as a maintenance technician. In 1989, he was promoted to Building Supervisor. In 1991, he became Manager of Facilities, which also included repairs for the dining operations. In 1994, he was given responsibility also for the company fleet. Security, installation, refurbishing, and service were also added to his responsibilities in 1999, along with manager for the warehouse thru 2008. In August 2008, he relinquished responsibility for the warehouse but became the statewide Director for Vending, Facilities, Fleet, and Security.

Kris Holzopfel,
General Manager of Northeast Ohio

Kris began his career with Sanese Services in 1992 as a vending associate. He was quickly promoted to a territory supervisor and has proven over the years that he has the skills, job knowledge, and determination to be an outstanding leader for our company and completely dedicated to the success of our company. In 2008, he became the Loss Prevention Manager for the company and was very successful in this regard. He is a very important member of the executive team and was promoted to the General Operations Manager of Northeast Ohio and also is responsible for the Lunches Kids Love (school foodservice) division and the senior meals program.

Matt Warner, Director Purchasing

Matt graduated from Purdue University in 1982 with a Bachelor Degree in Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management. Prior to joining Sanese Services, he worked for the Hilton Corporation as Director of Operations for Made from Scratch Catering, Columbus Ohio. He serves as the Purchasing Adviser for two different National Vending Cooperatives, the Better Vendors Association and Vend Marketing Institute. Matt has earned educational certificates from NAMA Emerging Leaders Development Program and Tyson University. To date, his career has been focused on purchasing, negotiating, foodservice management and customer service.
